The manual geared trolley is driven by a bracelet and travels on the lower flange of the I-beam track. The chain hoist can be hung on the lower part of the driving line to form a walking type chain hoist which can be installed on a straight or curved monorail overhead transportation line or a manual single girder cantilever crane. It is widely used in equipment installation and cargo lifting in factories, miners' docks, docks, warehouses and computer rooms, especially in the maintenance of equipment without power supply.
The hand-drawn monorail consists of a left wall panel, a right wall panel, a suspension shaft, a lifting ring, and a bracelet wheel, and a drive shaft. Rollers and lifting shafts are respectively passed through the left and right wall panels on the left and right wall panels, and are fastened with nuts. The lifting ring should be installed in the center of the hanging shaft. The chain hoist is hung on the ring. For the hand-drawn monorail, the chain is pulled and the drive shaft is rotated, and the roller can be driven by the gear to walk on the track.
When installing a single-track vehicle, the number of adjusting washers on the inner side of the lifting ring to the left and right wall panels should be equal. However, in order to ensure the clearance between the side of the rail and the edge of the roller, the number of adjusting washers on both sides of the lifting ring is allowed to be one piece. After installing on the track, pre-tighten the nut on the hanging shaft and hang the light load for trial operation. After the roller and the track are on, tighten the outer nut. Pay special attention to the fact that the nuts must be locked to each other.
