Structural advantages and adjustment of geared beam trolley

The geared beam trolley is driven by a bracelet to a certain extent. It walks on the lower flange of the I-beam track, and it will effectively tie the chain hoist to the lower part of the road to form a walking type chain hoist that can be installed on the straight road. Or on a curved monorail overhead transport line or on a manual single girder bridge cantilever crane. It is widely used in equipment installation and cargo lifting in factories, miners' docks, docks, warehouses and computer rooms. Especially in the field of equipment maintenance without power supply, it has outstanding advantages.

The main structure of the geared beam trolley is composed of a left wall panel, a right wall panel, a hanging shaft, a lifting ring, and a hand wheel, and a transmission shaft. Rollers and lifting shafts are respectively passed through the left and right wall panels on the left and right wall panels, and are fastened with nuts. The lifting ring should be installed at the center of the lifting shaft. The chain hoist is hung on the ring.

For the monorail driving, the chain is pulled and the transmission shaft is rotated, and the roller can be driven by the gear to walk on the track. In order to apply different track width requirements, adjust the washers and install them on the inside or outside of the wallboard.
