What are the differences between lever chain hoist and chain hoists?

Although there is only one word difference between the lever chain hoist and the chain hoist, there is a difference in the way of use. The principle of labor saving of the chain hoist and the lever hoist is the same as that of the differential pulley, but the difference is that the chain hoist is driven by a hand zipper strip, which is mostly used for vertically lifting heavy objects; and the lever hoist is used to move The handle way to drive, mostly used to move heavy objects horizontally.

In the hoisting process, the lever chain hoist is a manual traction force matched with the load by means of the lever principle of the human lever, and a clamp body acting on the load in the movement alternately to drive the load to run, and it can be lifted and towed. Drop, calibration, etc.

If a special device is arranged on the lever chain hoist, not only non-straight traction operation can be performed, but also a suitable operation position can be conveniently selected, or the load capacity can be doubled with smaller tonnage machines, for larger tonnage loads. Several machines can be used in parallel. From all aspects, it can be seen that the lever hoist is an ideal tool for equipment installation, cargo lifting, banding and traction.

The chain hoist is the use of hand-drawn chains to drive the active pinion rotation, the pinion drive the large gear rotation, the output of the amplified torque, thus lifting heavy objects. Since there is a ratchet pawl mechanism inside the hand zipper strip, its sprocket can only rotate in one direction.

By comparison, it can be found that the hoisting lever and the chain hoist are different in the lifting direction and operation principle. The user must select according to the actual working conditions to ensure that the heavy weight can be hoisted efficiently.
